Like poison in my eyes Henry

Back on the horse and enjoying the beginning of Fall running. Did the big loop in Central Park for the first time since July last night. Tough run but I still managed just under 10 minute miles. This despite an annoying side stitch and the bugs that flew directly into each of my eyes and remained there for about 4 of the 6 miles. Also ditched the music for the last half and the quiet helped a lot.
