I’ll take my victories where I can

nother short run last night - 4 easy peasy miles. I think I’ll cope with the heat this summer by doing a lot more shorter runs instead of killing myself with 9 milers three times a week. So far so good. This way I can keep up my miles per week average and not die from heat exhaustion. That’s the plan anyways.

This  came on shuffle while I was running, and even though it was the single to a monster album that sold a lot I think this song was a bit under the radar for most, despite having the greatest breakdown since Mel met Oksana.
